Refund & Cancellation Policy
Review our guidelines regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds

1. Advance Payments
To secure resource scheduling and initiate creative workflows, MotionAura requires an advance payment/deposit as specified in your project agreement or invoice. All advance payments are strictly non-refundable once creative concept discussions, research, design drafts, or development work has commenced.
2. Completed Work
Compensation is tied directly to the milestones and hours invested in your project. Any work already completed, design drafts delivered, or code repositories established prior to a cancellation request is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-milestone, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
3. Cancellation Requests
All requests to cancel an active project or subscription must be submitted formally in writing to our business email address: motionaura2@gmail.com. Verbally communicated or third-party platform messages do not constitute a valid cancellation request. The cancellation will be officially registered upon written confirmation from our management team.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for outstanding/unworked balances are determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of MotionAura management. We will review project timelines, client feedback logs, and resource allocations. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days, minus any transaction fees or resource costs already incurred.
5. Agency Cancellations
MotionAura reserves the right to suspend or cancel any project immediately, without refund or liability, under the following circumstances:
- Failure to clear outstanding milestone payments within 10 business days of their due dates.
- Consistent lack of feedback, cooperation, or materials, causing project pauses exceeding 30 calendar days.
- Violations of our Terms of Service, including the use of final deliverables for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes.
